The BinaxNOW™ Malaria Test is a rapid immunochromatographic test for qualitative detection of Plasmodium antigens in whole blood (capillary or venous, EDTA). It detects HRP II, specific to Plasmodium falciparum, and a pan-malarial antigen common to all four human-infecting species (P. falciparum, P. vivax, P. ovale, P. malariae).
Ideal for rapid malaria diagnosis and differentiating P. falciparum from less severe infections.
